Crop Insurance protection is used to protect against the loss of crops due to natural causes or loss of revenue due to a decline in the commodity price. Losses may be caused by drought, excessive moisture, hail, wind, frost, insects, disease, wildlife, fire, vandalism, or transit.
What crop insurance does NOT cover?

- Cultural practices that require a good crop. (i.e. When a crop is ready but failing to harvest.)
- Chemical Damage (Unavoidable Uninsured Fire (UUF) Third Party Damage may apply)
- Man Made peril
